Anxiety is an emotion which is characterized by an unpleasant state of inner turmoil and includes feelings of dread over anticipated events. It is often accompanied by nervous behavior such as pacing back and forth, somatic complaints, and rumination.
Anxiety is a feeling of uneasiness and worry, usually generalized and unfocused as an overreaction to a situation that is only subjectively seen as menacing. It is often accompanied by muscular tension, restlessness, fatigue, inability to catch one’s breath, tightness in the abdominal region, nausea, and problems in concentration. Anxiety is closely related to fear, which is a response to a real or perceived immediate threat (fight or flight response); anxiety involves the expectation of future threat including dread. People facing anxiety may withdraw from situations which have provoked anxiety in the past.

Panic attacks are very scary. Your body exhibits crazy symptoms making you think something bad is going to happen. Millions of people suffer with panic attacks/anxiety worldwide, some much worse than others. I suffered with this condition for many years during my medical education. Every doctor wanted to over-medicate me with drugs. I was frustrated and angry, I then became proactive learning everything I could about this condition.   2. Yes, anxiety sustained for many years can kill you, or damage the immune system, I have been suffering from anxiety symptoms, now I am going through very painful health problems.,

  3. I’ve found that overcoming anxiety/panic attacks is about acceptance. You accept the emotions and allow them to flow through you. If you tense up and try to resist, it will come back with a vengeance. If you push it away and distract yourself, same will happen.

    Challenging your anxiety is another way to overcome it. “Ok so what if my heart is beating fast. Let’s make it beat faster. And faster. And faster. Until I have a heart attack. Oh wait, that’s impossible. Silly little brain, your heart is doing exactly what it was designed to do. It is keeping you ALIVE, not killing you”

  8. I find this video really helpful. It is actually helpful when you go through it. I have been going through this video daily and it is actually helping me cure. I am doing really great now. And it’s been just 2 days i feel far far far better. I have accepted my anxiety. I have got myself checked from the doctor and they say i am all good. Rather than taking any other medicines it is better that we meditate, we do alom vilom deep breathing techniques. And keep doing it.

  9. I have been anixtey attacks I am shaking can’t even walk my sister dosenot get it out she liked to hit me pulled me again. When I went physical therapy i was getting better then she didn’t want me go physical because I having anxiety attacks the place I was going they kick me out since may I I can’t not take this anymore I end my life

  12. As someone who has been suffering from this for 8 years and have been emitted to the ER more times than I care to admit, MAGNESIUM and WATER make the biggest difference. Do not overlook dehydration! Get a mega magnesium supplement and drink atleast a gallon of water a day and I guarantee they will happen less. Also CHECK YOUR SUPPLEMENTS. Cut all “natural” supplements you take and only take a multi vitamin and the magnesium. Take a simple multivitamin like a flinstone vitamin. I had terrible palpitations two years ago and it wasn’t in my head even when the cardiologist said it was. I stopped taking Asheaganda supplement and they dissapated. My heart would stop for seconds at a time randomly throughout the day, even when I felt completely normal and wasn’t having a panic attack.

    1. Gallon of water a day
    2. Magnesium supplement
    3. Cut all supplements besides a multivitamin and the magnesium. If you take melatonin take pure melatonin not the ones with all the extra stuff in it.

    Those three things make a big difference + facing them psychologically like the creator says.

  17. True story: i had masive panic attacks, and used to take myself into the ER 3-5x/week. My heart rate was 206 resting, my blood pressure was really high. Nobody put me on benzos and i just had to deal. I was on my own since 17, always having to deal w tbe burden of struggling to survive.
    One of my panic attacks i WAS having a stroke , when i got to the ER, stayed almost a week in the neurology dept.
    So yes. U can literally have a *stroke*.
