  1. Хулі ти говориш так швидко, це блять не медитація а хуйня якась

  2. Research shows that psilocybin mushrooms have promising results for mental health support, particularly in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD.

  3. Ty..you gave me tool to do and something to say and you helped me "reinter my body" I’m aware of my breathing 🥰💜ty bless

  4. I have a very big imagination, so struggled to not have my mind wandering, but hopefully with practice I can refine this skill

  5. A medication that starts and ends with sound – the most persistent sound throughout was the ticking clock on the video itself – interesting contrast to the title, as an hourglass would only make a whooshing noise, if any. Nice medication, though

  6. My husband has been feeling really stressed about his job and has been prescribed meds with little affect. I showed this to him and it exasperated his anxiety. Thoughts?

  7. This ticking of the clock and the occasional voices in the background make this meditation almost eerie but I still find it very powerful and relaxing.

  8. I have been suffering from anxiety and depression. I have unfortunate family issues and my daughter is suffering in addiction and mental health. Addiction is currently winning and she is homeless. I’ve meditated for two years but could find nothing to distract me at this point until I found this meditation. I’ve listened to it several times including when I wake in the night. Thank you so much for the relief I’ve been able to find. I will definitely look at your other meditations! ❤

  9. The banging noise in the background of this meditation drove me crazy. I can’t meditate with banging noises in the back. The drum or snare whatever it is. Not good for people with adhd and anxiety

  10. This is perfect maam I just love it thank you has great effects, I feel so much lighter my mind cleared and simply feeling better in my body

  11. I enjoyed this, especially hearing the lady in the background talking and saying “ok, good bye” during the meditation.

  12. I’m going through it right now. I have constant fear of my heath and I know my triggers. This is helping right now. The feeling of not being able to breathe, about to pass out, dying, my wife can get me out of the sunken hole, and then the exhausting and releasing of the stress comes in waves. We are listening to this together right now. Thank you. I know this was jumbled but I needed to let go of these thoughts.

  13. My anxiety is truly killing me…. I cant eat, I can’t sleep, when I do I wake up with my heart palpitating fast. I have major depression, PTSD and GAD.

  14. Following you from Belgium. Just wanna thank you for your channel. There are so many meditation channels but I find yours really spot on.

  15. She sounds almost exactly like a woman who read a Saint Teresa passage; a video on The Way Of Perfection, I believe.

  16. Please tell Adele and all your staff I have been feeling much better lately because of her meditations!! I am glad i have people like to help me on my tough journey!!

  17. This provided my with an initial relief and a sense of calm. Thank you. Sometimes it works more, sometimes less but still works

  18. At 5:10 there is talking in the background of the video. In my meditated state this freaked me the F out and this video then gave me anxiety. 🤔

  19. I was feeling so tense before this, and now I feel lighter. It’s amazing how much better you can feel after just a few minutes of meditation. Thank you! 🌸🌟 What are your favorite ways to relax?

  20. Eventually, the only ‘thoughts coming into my head’ were….’why does she keep repeating the exact same thing?….esp the line ‘as thoughts come into your head…and they WILL…just notice them…tell yourself you’ll deal with it later’. The repetition is rather irritating. Feels like this video is on a ‘loop’ or something.
