Any recommendations for vitamins or supplements for me to take im a heavy duty diesel mechanic primarily do heavy line work transmission, clutches, engines, major engine repairs, etc been doing this for several years now im 27 and already feel pain in my wrists, elbows lower back, knees i unfortunately ignored the older mechanics advice to take care of your body with knee pads careful and good back posture while working but its hard when trying to work in really tight places and trying to beat book times. I barely started taking care of myself but some damage has already been done lol. Im trying to be able to do this as long as possible any recommendations is appreciated

  14. I feel sick whenever I take anything over 20mg of zinc.. 50 a day is too much and can bring down your copper levels.. the thing about YouTube is the amount of misinformation just because someone may look healthy

  15. Some dangerous suggestions for supplements and low to mid quality brands as well. Search around for more info on here before just believing in it. Not gonna write a book here so again just look for people who are Doctors and start there.

  16. I would like to know which brands the most beneficial. Most vitamins brands have ingredients that kill the point of taking vitamins. For an example if u get magnesium some brands have oxide .

  17. You should say the price per serving instead of how many pills are in the bottle. The quantity in the bottle doesn’t really tell us anything
