  1. Top notch content and the the way of intake you proposse is very interesting , could you please give us a range of doses of each compund , that would be very valuable , thanks

  2. I do resistance training every 2nd day, do you think taking these every 48 hours would work? Or am i better off doing 5 on 2 off or something similar? Thanks

  3. I wanna say with ashwa I was taking up to a gram some times for over a whole year and never got that grey lifelessness feeling idk if that with other things I took.

  4. Wouldn’t it be best to just take Turk and ecdy for 8 weeks, cycle off and then take fadogia and Ali for a few weeks since ali and Turk conflict?

How is it that these can be taken together and still yield a benefit? These are supplements that I think have to take time to saturate to have an effect. How would a 12 hour difference change their conflicting behavior?

  5. I take a supplement from a company called stamiron has almost every test supplement I take it every day it’s super potent but I have a concern: it has too many things and I’m worried when I should take it since certain compounds are abit hazardous, should I take it every day? Or every other day? I also take a omega 3 with vitamins d and a magnesium zinc and calcium pills as my current stack with a multivitamin

  6. All ashwagandha has ever done is give me headaches. Its worthless. Fadogia actually worked as advertised (apart from killing my morning wood for some reason, which cistanche also did) , although whether it or any of these things are good to take long term is another question.

  7. Can you do all this and doo intermittent fasting? Like take everything after 1 meal or maybe 2 smaller meals in a short window?

  8. On recovery days, and days that I don’t take Tongkat Ali, I usually split my Ecdysteroid and Shilajit dose up between breakfast and lunch.

It is also worth noting that I have been taking Ashwagandha and Tongkat Ali for several years now and so I don’t need to take these every day. I have already reached the point of diminishing return, and so periodic use of these specific compounds works best for me. If you are just now starting to take these, you may want to take a daily supplementation approach for a while before switching to a micro-cycle protocol as I do.

My stance on the need to cycle turkesterone is very loosely held currently. There may be a point of diminishing returns, at which point it may be easier on your wallet to take periodic breaks. But again, this may not be necessary.

I usually prefer to take Ashwagandha after my workout instead of before. Taking it before your workout can improve strength performance but it may also blunt some of the health benefits of exercise that come from the adaptation to the stress that occurs during exercise. This is also theoretical, and may not be practically relevant, but it may be something to be mindful of.

For those that experience more performance-enhancing effects from ecdysteroids, or work out more often than I do, you may also want to consider swapping this protocol in favor of prioritizing adaptogen intake on your recovery days instead of your workout days. This will allow you to use the adaptogens listed as recovery tools, as opposed to performance tools. But again, this comes down to what you personally prefer.

  9. I have to run to work but real quick before I watch the video. Here’s a tip.
Stinging nettle root attaches to your SHG and there’s another herb that does that as well. I can’t remember off the top of my head.
Some of these supplements, increased testosterone, but your body increases SHG in response.

I would recommend adding these, and cycled these as well alongside your supplements that are increasing your testosterone in order to have more free testosterone.

  10. 🤔 so when you’re cycling these when do you take a break from your cycle? Or do you alternate when to stop each one?

  11. None of this crap works. I took it for years. Finally prescribed testosterone by my primary and what do ya know. The results I’ve been looking for. Herbs are a gimmick. If they do raise testosterone it’s too minimal to have an effect. Be smart, research or be gullible. Your choice. AANNND if there’s a link to the supplements then he’s just trying to make money. I miss the days when youtube wasn’t monetized. Just look atthe guy. He looks like he has low Testosterone. No muscle, slouching, he probably doesn’t workout. SMH this is hilarious.

  12. I’ve been taking Ayurvedic supplements of Planet Ayurveda brand their products for a month now. My energy levels are up, and I’m sleeping so much better. Highly recommend!”

  13. Can we take ashwagandha and tongkat ali for 8 weeks and then 4 weeks off and then start the cycle all over again?

  14. Ididnt get it, if turkesterone doesn’t work well with tongat Ali, why you take then both, I tough would be like 2 months Ali, 1 month turkesterone something like that, or the days you take Tonga Ali you don’t take turkesterone vice versa ?

  15. Thanks for the information! Can you provide a link(s) to the study/studies showing Tongkat Ali’s interaction with the estrogen receptors (i.e. its activity as a SERM)? I could only find papers on tongkat acting as a aromatase inhibitor.

  16. Is the Jarrow Branded Shilajit a reputable source? Purities and heavy metal contents are a serious concern

  17. eat well, train hard, sleep. There’s the secret. If you’re going to shove random stuff in your system just jump to TRT.

  18. Absoutely no research on cycling herbs just social media clickbait and why toxify yourself with fadogia?

  19. Do you have any video with info of the old Tribulus terrestris ? , what are the benefits/disadvantages vs Tongkat ali ?

  20. According to my Dr: tongkat Ali should also contain fadogia and should be taken together with Clomid. This was recommended to me after seeing that my Testosterone levels were normal when I was considering TRT. Don’t ask me for specifics but that is what I was told.

  21. im going to make my on preWO as well because buying some of these from the store or online gets to be to much plus you can put a little more of some thing in because you know what s going in

  22. I went from 334 to 960 in around 3 months all natural no TRT. This book should be essential reading for all men. Written by a 50s guy with natural T levels of a 20s guy
Complete guide to testosterone by james Francis

  23. I took a oral dropper of tongkat ali and man did my tendinitis roared. Any advice on joint care for this.

  24. Be careful men, I’m 23 and fit and got REAL gynecomastia from taking tongkat Ali, fadogia, and shilajit. Separately of course. ALL THESE COMPOUNDS RAISE ESTROGEN BESIDES ASHWAGHANDA

  25. Well… more than 10-20% increase makes me consider it. I think i’m going to check my t levels and take these to see how much difference it makes. Has anyone tried it?

  26. You should really update this video since you put out another video saying that Tongkat doesn’t interact with the estrogen receptors. Telling people not to take tongkat with ecdysteroids (such as ecdysterone or turkesterone) because of receptor antagonism from tongkat is not true. People are watching this to try and get accurate information.

  27. Great information, you did a breakdown over each little detail of the herbs and how it can effect stacking them together.
What about Tribulus Terrestis? does it work simillar way to Tongkat Ali?

I’v been meaning to stack them both along with Shilajit with dose (250mg of Shilajit, 500mg of Tongkat Ali, 450mg of Tribulus) per day. I’ll space the intake through the day.
Will be back with the report after a month or two
