Great video! I personally have the Apple Watch Ultra, Oura ring and whoop, though I definitely don’t need that many haha. Lately I’ve been trying to cut it down to just the whoop. I actually wear my whoop on my boxers which is pretty cool because it’s not even visible lol

I abandoned my Apple Watch last week as it was just too much of a mish mash to get to any meaningful data. Bought a Garmin Forerunner 965 and have embarked on a training plan via the free Garmin Coach. Finding it far superior so far and the battery life is so much better. So many great features on Garmin Connect that give some meaningful insight rather than just raw stats. Sleep score, training readiness, body battery, etc.
