  1. I just started massage school 2 days before they had switch to online teaching. The only good thing is we are doing the science work during this time so hopefully I will still get months of hands-on training before I graduate. Does anyone have work experience with massage envy or elements? Are they flexible with hours? Once I graduate, I want to get some experience through them before I go on my own.

  2. For a second I thought I was watching an episode of Hoarders. 😂 Seriously though, thanks for inviting us into your home. Your videos always brighten my day.

  3. I need to do more self-care. I’m a very stressed out nursing student who is doing everything online due to the pandemic.

  4. I’m a massage therapist for over 12 years starting in 2007 in hongkong. this is the coronavirus times,so I switched to security guard work. that didn’t not go well. I’m thinking going back to massage. in my opinion, no equipments or any tools for massage can compare to a real massage.
as a massage guy, I can do self massage to my feet. that saved me as a security guard as I needed to patrol. I had the worst cramps ever in my life– I don’t usually have cramps. all areas of both my feet had cramps all over. the toes, calfs, shin muscles, the soles.
I have a muscle massage gun, but it is just better than nothing. many people of all walks of life need massage so that they can continue doing their work. massage is not a luxury, it is a necessity, should be made mandatory.

  5. As a fellow massage therapist, thank you! My spa shut down for a couple weeks so I needed this as a reminder for some self care tips. My body hurts from NOT giving massage 26hrs/week like I’m used to😅

  6. Oh mighty Wall-of-Hats, grant us your strength! Protect our heads from the bitter cold, and guard our brows from the burning of the summer sun. Bless us all with your rockin’ style, as you give comfort and ease to our receding hairlines. In the name of the Fedora, the Snapback, and the Flat Cap, we pray. Amen.

  7. Awesome video, is possible for you to make an amazon store link from where we could buy some of this items and help you get some money in that manner?

  8. Bruh, I can NOT for the LIFE OF ME, find your Pro Squeeze too ANYWHERE online. Could you maybe help me out by directing me on where to find this tool?

  9. Great self care collection. I would suggest checking out the incredible benefits of ‘The Melt Method’. Gentle self-care techniques which not only release but also re-hydrates ALL our fascia/connective tissue right through the-whole-fascia-matrix-going-through-every-muscle-and organ-in-the-body! (rather than only the superficial layer of fascia that myofascial techniques release). And also ‘Ashley Black Fascia Blaster’ self fascia release tools. 🙂

  10. If you had to rate suction cups to 1-5 ( 5 being the best) how worth is it, to buy them?

    Ps thanks for the video

  11. i follow your tips about carpal tunnel.it helps me a lot!!! but for cubital tunnel syndrome? can you do a video about it? i would really aprreciate!!!

  12. I would’ve liked to see how the items were used on other parts of the body other than the forearm, for example that pressure gun that you held squeezed and moved your hand around. Could that be used on the shoulders?

  13. That third ball you showed, Petco sells one identical to that, a dog ball but it’s exactly the same and about $12

  14. Thanks Spencer! Pretty cool tools. I have a few too, are very helpful for self care. I have one that I use a lot, looks like dogs chewing toy, but helps a lot to alíviate plantar fasciitis. Thanks again!
