Hi! If I’m combining these with a 30min brisk walk outside; should I do this before or after my walk? My common sense tells me afterwards because I’ll be warmed up, but I could be wrong, and it could be the other way around. Any help would be great! Thanks!
It’s crazy how diff everyone is…if my core was ever that cut I would have bodybuilder legs. You have no quad muscle definition but a cut middle? How strange 😂
