  1. Hi! If I’m combining these with a 30min brisk walk outside; should I do this before or after my walk? My common sense tells me afterwards because I’ll be warmed up, but I could be wrong, and it could be the other way around. Any help would be great! Thanks!

  2. It’s crazy how diff everyone is…if my core was ever that cut I would have bodybuilder legs. You have no quad muscle definition but a cut middle? How strange 😂

  8. I will try this. I’ve been using the band to do crab walk side to side, is this good too for glutes? bc I really feel it burning 😣🤗

  9. Thanks for the tutorial..I don’t have a single muscle in my bottom from years of being obese.. have lost the weight and now want to do some training. No carbs to lose the weight.

  10. What’s this exercise called? I wanna write it down on my workout plan but "squat side taps with band" doesn’t quite have a ring to it
