Bio –
Phil Daru is the Head trainer for some of the top athletes in the world and creator of Daru Strong Training Systems and founder of Daru Strong Performance Center. Daru has degrees in sports medicine and exercise science from Alabama State University where he played division 1 football. Holding certifications with Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Functional Range Movement Specialist (FRCms) and Kabuki Movement Specialist (NSCA-KMS).

Daru then began a career in MMA and turned professional at 21 years old where he then developed his own systems for training fighters. Daru has also competed in strongman, bodybuilding, and Bjj Gi and No Gi and currently competes in powerlifting. He has worked with well over 200 plus fighters including world champions like Joanna Jedrzejczyk, Dustin Poirier, Edson Barboza, Junior Dos Santos, Frankie Edgar, Tecia Torres, King Mo Lawal, Andrei Arlovski and many others. Coach Daru is a two time award winning Trainer of the Year for the Florida MMA Awards and Nominated for the Trainer of the Year for the World MMA Awards. He has been globally recognized for his contributions in combat sports performance and has traveled to over 10 countries teaching and mentoring. I taught I needed supplements I was taking testosterone booster fat burners Multi vitamins post and pre workouts and protein shakes before or after workouts… And now I only take protein shakes and I’m stronger than ever… Was costing me over 300$@ month… I would of been better off taking sarms 4weeks estrogen blockers 2weeks A50 s 4 weeks testosterone booster 4 weeks estrogen blockers 2weeks then another A50 cycle…

  3. Hey Phil, thanks for the great content. Have you heard the criticisms of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt? Allegedly, a lot of the pink salt is sourced from China and contains heavy metals. I recently made the switch to Celtic Sea Salt (Selina Naturally brand)

  4. What other supplements would you pair this with? Creatine beta alanine collagen? Iโ€™m going to be using whey protein ,magnesium complex, and then I was thinking of using battle tested and collagen

  10. As a person who does muay thai for 3 days and gym for 3 days , my gym sessions are like ;
    Bench press 4×4-6
    Incline dumbell press 4×4-6
    Dumbell row 4×8-10
    Romanian deadlift 4×6 (light weights , 100 kg max)
    Military press 4×8-10
    Lateral raise 3×12-15
    Squat 4×6-8
    Forearm superset for 2 moves.
    Wood cutter or smth (abs)

    How should i train. I wont be a pro fighter or smth. I just want a physique like this guy or mike tyson , muscled but definetily has a good cardiovascular system. I really dont care about muscles tho but im 100kg rn i have a little muscle mass i want to protect it. Why would i give it if i have it right ?
