Dave, thanks for this video, I like it- but would it not be better, to avoid to move the anker at every exercise at least to do the tricep after chest work out? Cause the Anker is on top of the door?

How many repetitions and series of each should we do?
The first tricep exercise is working more of your lats by keeping your arms straight . Keep arms tight to your side then push your arms down to work both heads of the tricep .
I did great. I am doing 12 times 3 for each. I am 77 and need strength to care for my husband.

What nobody seems to be mentioning is that I think pretty much all these exercises hit the core, as you’re pulling against the horizontal tension of the band: so no need for additional core exercises!😊

Is it normal a band gets a bit longer with stretching and going with exercises??If so what should I do then ? Continue in working with the band from longer distance?

At home training better than gym. I can also spread my workout throughout the day. Carnavore or mostly meat based diet has improved my health tremendously. Normalized weight, off blood pressure medication, reversed gum disease, I thought I’d have to have another hip replacement but all pain GONE. I’m training jiu-jitsu now too at 71. THANKS for great resistance band video.
The bundle will definitely be on my birthday/Christmas wish list I’ll be giving to my wife this year!!! I was going to order just the trimmer but when this came out there is no need especially when I cut at home more often than going to the barber. It’s going to be my go to barber tools for my myself and my son’s cuts moving forward.

I feel some discomfort when doing Arms – Bicep Curls the handles and the metal part of the bands hit my wrists

Do we need to do warm up and stretches with resistance bands?
Traveling to the UK and have been trying to find a resistance band workout while I wait for mine to arrive that isn’t watching the entire duration of the exercise. Great instruction, I’ll definitely be saving this for when I travel.
