  1. magnesium glyc is also just good for fatigue, which people may not realize when you just say sleep and relaxation. A big reason so many people are tired are fatigued is low magnesium.

  3. I bought the herbpy magnesium with L threonate, glycinate, ashwaganda, l-theanine, and vit D3. Tried researching this. No luck on the combo.

  4. Hi I’ve arthritis and having severe stress and sometimes my head feels shaky and doesn’t want to hear any noise. I also have black blemishes on my face.

    I’m a mother of 2 small kids where noise is around always. These symptoms are making me sick. Which magnesium supplement may suit me, pls help with your advice 🙏

  6. what about magnesium chloride? It’s a liquid.
    I used to put it on my legs (1hour, then wash off)to help sleep.
