  5. I meditate on my own and its usually restorative albeit more difficult to entrance myself. However, when listening to guided meditations I can sometimes have an eerie feeling creep over me and then terror and panick take hold. Sometimes preventing me from hypnosis/meditation (whatever you call it) other times I find myself falling into nightmares and sleep paralysis. Not sure how to heal this brokenness. Pretty sure none of these online folks are intending for this result to be brought about by their videos

Think she’s working on her affirmations as well bc everyday she getting better getting treats from me, but I’m sticking to the instructions bc it’s my first time watching a pet! I was in stress danger zone for awhile now dealing with surpressed emotions from not being able to find a job, dealing with family financial struggles, family stress, fighting/arguing with family, dealing with the gonverment for trying to help me find a job, etc. Just got off a bad medication too that almost got me in the ER due to a bad reaction etc. Dealing with
    a mother that I’m constantly worried about whos going through severe injuries from an accident etc by said company, etc. And dad dealing with back problems etc. Your videos are literally saving my life. Jason I keep having to come back to get relief because my counselor doesn’t help me much. I felt a shit ton of relief when I did your Cleanse destructive energy video etc. Been dealing with surpressed emotions, pent up anger, etc. Worrying about my future etc with all the bad luck happening lately. Etc. Im really grateful for these videos. Seriously. I never felt this relaxed after listening to both your videos. And calm. These helped more than the antipsychotics I was just prescribed too. :'( Dr had to get me off them due to a bad reaction. Thanks for saving lives and making these videos. Sincere.   20. I’ve been struggling with ADD, anxiety & extreme brain fog in college ever since Covid. I just started journaling to clear my mind & deleted instagram & facebook after failing 4 classes & having a mental breakdown today worrying I won’t get accepted to grad school next year. I’m glad I found this channel, really really hoping this can be a turning point…

  21. I fell asleep the first time within several minutes and woke up like 7 hours later realizing this man knows his stuff. I’ve suffered insomnia for nearly 18 years now. I am a true insomniac case with several physical handicaps in my spinal cord. There have been times that prescription strength sleep aids have failed even to the point of my getting just 30 minutes to an hour of sleep during the night. These drugs come in many forms but for myself, they were certain anxiety-type narcotic drugs, such as Benzodiazepines like Alprazolam, Clonazepam, or Lorazepam(Ativan). I tried 10-milligram melatonin tablets once and they relaxed me but only during times of being completely isolated from bright light or distractions such as television or music. Yeah, I’ve gone as far as taking serotonin reuptake inhibitor-type drugs but they didn’t do much either. These drugs are known as CNS depressants or tricyclic-antidepressant combination drugs; this includes the more common drug called Amitriptyline. I’ve even tried GABA-receptor-type drugs. All that being said, you can trust me when I say, "This guy knows what he is doing, and we who suffer from a sleep disorder, must allow our minds to be open to suggestions otherwise you’ll find yourself staying awake more when it’s not necessary. He understands what must be done so that the hypnosis works in real time. I finally fell asleep within minutes and for someone like myself, this in itself is a marvelous thing to boast about. So I would recommend giving this guy’s channel alike, and while you are at it, maybe you should subscribe or even leave a donation. I’ve been to a lot of therapies and have gone through many nights without proper rest. But once I had come across this channel, I found my bread and butter. I’ve been sleeping better, and this hypnosis works guys. check it out and find out for yourselves. It’s safe, and a far better alternative to all those drugs mentioned earlier. Keep up the good work, and I think you for your professionalism, calm attitude, and I love how you have this gentle way of appropriating an audience.
