I focus on getting most of my vitamins and minerals through my diet, but there are certain supplements I take to make sure I get adequate nutrition.
I’ve been vegan for 8 years, and vegetarian for 12 years, so I no longer eat meat, dairy, eggs, or any animal products. I eat a whole food plant based diet and these are the supplements I take for health, longevity and energy.
I don’t take any “beauty” supplements, or any “holistic” supplements. I believe diet is the best answer for this (and as far as I know science agrees).

I’m not a vegan but I do take vitamins. And also omega 3. I’m gonna check out your supplements because I’m always curious
Some supplements has made me allergic though so I’m always very careful. Allergies in eczemas. Ugh!

Where would vegans have gotten B12 before vitamins were discovered in the early 1900s? How could vegans have survived?
I agree with you except for B12. For me, always just the natural form Methylcobalamin
Vegans might have a little bit weaker muscle bones. But they have the strongest heart bones.
What is the name of the website to check the supplements?
